Duomo di Sant’Andrea: The Amalfi Coast is famed for its natural beauty, but the architecture is another breathtaking element to this pretty destination. The Duomo di Sant’Andrea, in particular, is famed for its mixture of regal gothic, romanesque, byzantine and baroque architecture. While this eclectic combination may sound peculiar, it has resulted in a luxurious, majestic style like no other. This 9th-century cathedral offers a selection of sumptuous pieces of art, including mosaics, statues and immense bronze doors.
