Meals will be accompanied by olives, bread served with tzatziki, a garlic and yoghurt dip and sides of salad filled with feta cheese, vine tomatoes and onions. The smell of grilled meat cooked over a hot barbecue will fill the air as guests enjoy a gyros made up of lamb, chicken or pork, then crammed with chips, salad, sauce and stuffed into a pitta. Wash it down with Ouzo, an aniseed flavoured spirit or a refreshing pint of Mythos – Greek beer.
