There is food to suit every taste in Cala Millor. There are traditional taverns serving Spanish dishes such as paella and tapas, that can be washed down with a delicious jug of sangria. You may like to book a table at Tapas de Sa Caleta, which overlooks the beach and serves up these bite-sized dishes that are perfect for sharing. There are also restaurants serving everything from Italian to Asian cuisine. If you are looking for international dishes then head for the promenade where you can enjoy your food against a beautiful backdrop of the bay. Seafood is popular in this coastal resort – with fresh, locally caught fish on the many menus.

This was once a just a dune-covered shore before the holiday resort was built upon it. If you make your way to Punta de N’amer, a nearly 500-acre nature reserve, you’ll be able to see what this part of Majorca’s coastline used to be like. It’s an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the busy beaches alongside the main resort. Back at the main resort, you can lay your towel down at Cala Millor Beach. Just over a mile of soft golden sand leads down to shallow turquoise waters. It’s the perfect place to top up your tan, before cooling off with a dip in the sea and experiencing the thrill of the water sports on offer, if you fancy. There are pedalos, banana boats and jet skis. You can also fly high above the surface of the glistening sea by parasailing or head beneath it on a snorkelling trip. Restaurants and bars line the beach, so you are just a short walk away when you fancy a bite to eat or a refreshing drink.

Cycling: There’s a wide range of activities for you to do under the heat of the sun against a backdrop of stunning natural beauty. Cycling is particularly popular in Majorca. In Cala Millor you’ll find a cycle path along the coastline. But, you’ll also find routes that begin in the resort and take you out to the surrounding countryside. There are plenty of places to hire a bike and enable you to explore on two wheels.

Glass-bottom boat: From Cala Millor, you can board a glass-bottom boat to head out and explore Majorca’s beautiful coastline and the world beneath the water that laps against it. You’ll spend around three hours on the boat, during which time you can relax on the top deck or head down to look at the sea life swimming underneath it. You’ll also stop, so you can jump in and get a closer look, if you wish.
